This may be (again) one of my favorite builds I have done in The Sims 4. Reason is, I have been using the amazing TOOL mod (by TwistedMexi) for the landscaping around this build and I must say that it looks amazing! This is a two bedroom and two bathroom family home. I built this on a 40×30 lot. There’s a little gardening area and a swimming pool out in the back.
