Hey, hi, hello! Here’s a modern one bedroom and one bathroom house I built in The Sims 4. This is a small, yet very cute, house for a single Sim or a couple. There’s even a small swimming pool outside, as well as a little patio. The interior of this house is semi open concept. Download this house in The Sims 4 Gallery here.
