Here’s a build I did using amazing custom content by Little Dica. This is a little café / coffee house using the Rise & Grind custom content pack. Unfortunately I am unable to direct link builds from The Sims 4 Gallery that use custom content, so if you want to download this you need to search the gallery using my EA ID ‘itsleander’. Make sure you have ‘custom content’ enabled when you search.
