Hello, everyone! How’s everyone doing today? It’s finally Friday! Are you all excited? My day has been pretty relaxed. I did some cleaning here and there, and in the afternoon, my mom paid a visit and brought some groceries. Finally, I added some meat to my meal today! I hadn’t had any meat for the past six days because I didn’t have any, so I stuck to eating just vegetables. I prepared a delicious Italian-seasoned vegetable mix that I stir-fried. Mom made some meatballs, and I kind of incorporated them into my veggies, mashed them up a bit, and voila! That was my dinner!

I kept my dinner portion small. As you might know, I’ve been on a diet for the past week, and it’s going pretty well. The other day, I was a bit disheartened because I stepped on the scale, which I shouldn’t have, and it looked like I’d gained about a kilogram! I was so bummed and disappointed. However, it turned out to be inaccurate for some reason. I’m not sure why or how. One of my dear viewers advised me to weigh myself in the morning, right after waking up. So, that’s what I did this morning, and I documented it in my vlog. I lost 1.2 kilograms in one week! That’s pretty good, right? 1.2 kilograms is about 2.6 pounds. I’m pleased with the progress so far, considering it’s only been a week. If I stick to healthy eating for the next couple of weeks, I could lose even more! Nevertheless, wish me luck because it’s not easy.

Mom brought some fantastic stuff for me to enjoy. Lots of vegetables and fish, which will certainly help me stay on track with my weight loss. Thanks, mom! I don’t have any plans for this weekend.
