Here’s a duplex (semi-detached) modern house I built in The Sims 4! It’s two separate homes with two bedrooms and one bathroom plus a garage, built on a 20×20 lot! I have been very productive again with creating content for my YouTube channel and I have been on a roll! Check out the speed build video below.
