Hello, everyone! I am back at it again with a new speed build video, everyone! For this build I am using custom content from the amazing duo that is House of Harlix. Welcome to Spring River Heights. This is a three story, four bedroom and three bathroom family home! The third level of this house is the attic, which is transformed in an entertainment room. There’s also a little open office and a laundry room as well.

This house is available in The Sims 4 Gallery. My EA ID is ‘itsleander’. If you want to download this make sure you the ‘custom content’ check box ticked, and of course have all of House of Harlix custom content that are publicly released in your game as well. Both Hey Harrie’s and Felixandre’s.
