I don’t want to turn my blog into a constant discussion of my weight loss journey and food choices, but here I go again! I kicked off my day with a glass of a nutritious juice, like a liquid breakfast. It’s pure juice and surprisingly satisfying. This one was a delightful blend of strawberries and oranges – fruity and packed with essential vitamins!

For dinner, I stuck with the veggie theme. I would have liked to add some fish or a bit of meat, but all I had on hand were vegetables, and I wasn’t in the mood to venture out for groceries. I went with frozen vegetables from a convenient pack, pre-seasoned and ready to heat up in a pan. The mix included carrots, peas, corn, mushrooms, and silver onions, all with a tasty sauce. While it might sound boring to some, it was surprisingly delicious! As for the rest of the evening, I plan to nibble on some snack carrots – eating like a bunny, right?

I weighed myself last Friday. I don’t want to become obsessed with the scale, so I’m giving it some time between weigh-ins. I’ll continue with my healthy eating and routines, and weigh myself again next week, Friday. That makes it two weeks apart. What’s your take on that?

In the meantime, I’m contemplating whether I should hop on my crosstrainer for a bit of exercise, but I won’t make any promises. Also, I’ve been wondering when my “cheat day” should be – that one glorious day when I indulge and eat like, well, a pig! What was on your dinner plate today? Make me a little envious!
